Our specialty is helping building better bodies and keeping you healthy.  We off a wide range of massage modalities but specialize in sports massage.

Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of every kind, from world-class professionals to weekend joggers. The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete's sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.  It helps athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after a big event, or function well during training. Sports massage emphasizes prevention and healing of injuries to the muscles and tendons and stimulates circulation of blood and lymph fluids. Some Sports Massage techniques use trigger point therapy to break down adhesions (knots in the muscles) and increase range of motion.  We offer sports, deep, Swedish, prenatal and oncology massage.

We do offer a groupon and honor the price at our door.   We only allow TWO groupons per new client.  This discounted price is a way for new clients to try out our place and therapists.  Please check out our memberships online.   We also have packages offered at the studio. Couples and four hand massages are offered on Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Saturday’s.

We are here for your relaxation or healing.  We are located inside of Field Strip Fitness Gym, so there may be times of the day that are less quiet than other times. This is a family friendly place and a smaller studio.  Please make appointments well in advance.
